Semi-private training (SPT)

Our main focus are training sessions with only 2 or 3 participants and a personal trainer to guide you through your program and make sure you are doing all of your lifts correctly.

Group Classes

We also offer two group style classes. One is called Burn, and the other is called Floga. Burn is a high intensity interval training class offered 1 to 2 times per week. Floga is intense stretching focused on mobility and opening up muscles to improve your lifting and overall health.


Twice a month there is also complimentary 30-minute athletic massages offered by one of our own members!
